THE LONG-TERM COURSES FOR THE CANDIDATES ARE GOING ON
In the frame of measures that increase effectiveness of justice in the country, the long-term courses begun since last month with 80 candidates that transparently passed the examinations.
The program of course that will continue during a year drafted pursuant to modern educational methods by participation of prominent international organizations, also in program human rights issues paid attention, at the same time rising the knowledge of the candidates and their passing probation in the courts were taken into account.
In the frame of the courses a week-long training organized by Baku Office of OSCE for the candidates, there were intended to hold seminars on different themes as, the role of the judge on realization of justice, international practice on protection of human rights, training of actual themes on civil and criminal laws, organization of courses on getting of professional judge skills for the candidates.
The opening of the courses that will be taught by prominent international experts, also by experts that have great experience in Judiciary, held in the Academy of Justice. Progressive essence of Judiciary reforms carried out in the country was noted in the ceremony, and Baku Office of OSCE was thanked on this occasion and support.
Later the seminar was continued by international experts - Auden Berg (Netherlands) and Fiorentina Azizaï¿½s (Austria) lectures.
The Chief of Baku Office of OSCE, Mr. Bilge Cankorel attended in the ceremony also.
